Initial Deposit 
and Reservation
of Services

An initial deposit is required to reserve nursing services with Opulent Concierge Nursing. The deposit amount is 20% of the initially agreed-upon total scheduled care time and secures the availability of our nursing team for the requested dates and times.

A courtesy discount may be applied when the deposit is paid within three (3) days of invoice receipt, as reflected on the invoice. Discounts are not guaranteed beyond this time frame.

If additional nursing hours are added after the initial booking, no additional deposit is required for the added time. Any additional hours will be invoiced separately according to the agreed-upon rate.

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking with Opulent Concierge Nursing, provided the future service is scheduled within twelve (12) months of the original deposit date, subject to availability and current rates.

Final Invoice 
Payment and Late
Payment Fee

The final invoice for services rendered is due within ten (10) calendar days of the
completion of nursing services. Any balance not paid in full within this timeframe will incur
a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, applied beginning on day eleven (11).
Opulent Concierge Nursing reserves the right to suspend future services, decline additional
scheduling, or require payment in full prior to booking any future services if an account
remains past due.
Optional Add-On: Administrative & Collection Costs
If a balance remains unpaid more than thirty (30) days after the completion of services,
Opulent Concierge Nursing may assess reasonable administrative, collection, or legal costs
incurred in the process of recovering the outstanding balance, to the extent permitted by
Pennsylvania law.

Scheduled Hours
and Modifications

Once an invoice has been issued and the deposit paid, the originally scheduled nursing hours may not be reduced. Nursing time is reserved in advance and staffing commitments are secured based on the initial booking. Additional nursing hours may be added at any time, subject to availability, and will be billed according to the agreed-upon rate. However, scheduled hours cannot be subtracted or reduced from the original invoice once services have been reserved. Requests made with limited notice are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Opulent Concierge Nursing cannot ensure staffing for same-day or next-day requests and is
not responsible for unavailability due to insufficient notice.

Standby, Waiting, 
and Surgical Delays

If a nurse is scheduled and present during surgical delays, discharge delays, or extended
recovery periods, such time is considered reserved nursing time and may be billed
accordingly.

Nurse Assignment
and Substitution

Opulent Concierge Nursing reserves the right to assign or substitute nursing staff as
necessary due to scheduling needs, illness, emergencies, or operational requirements. All
assigned nurses meet Opulent Concierge Nursing’s credentialing and experience standards.

Client Responsibilities & Medical
Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current medical information,
post-operative instructions, medication lists, and physician contact details prior to the start
of services. Opulent Concierge Nursing relies on information provided by the client and
treating physician and is not responsible for limitations in care resulting from incomplete,
delayed, or inaccurate information. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all prescribed medications, medical supplies, equipment, and post-operative items are available at the recovery location prior to the
nurse’s arrival. Time spent awaiting missing items may be billed as scheduled nursing time.

Additional Nursing Hours

Requests for additional nursing hours beyond the originally scheduled and invoiced time are not guaranteed and are subject to nurse availability and scheduling constraints. Opulent Concierge Nursing will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests for additional care; however, availability cannot be assured.

Any approved additional nursing time will be billed separately at the applicable rate.

Product Purchases

All product purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a product has been purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Scope of Services

Opulent Concierge Nursing provides private, non-hospital, in-home nursing support based on post-operative discharge instructions. Services do not replace physician care, emergency services, or hospital-level treatment.

Surgery Delays
and Rescheduling

Surgical delays, postponements, or changes in physician schedules do not guarantee nursing availability for revised times or dates. Refunds will be given if we cannot accommodate.

Safe Environment

Services may be paused or discontinued if the care environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate for nursing care. Clients and household members are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and cooperative
environment. Opulent Concierge Nursing reserves the right to pause or discontinue services
if conditions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or interfere with the provision of
professional nursing care. If services are discontinued early at the client’s request, or due to unsafe conditions, refusal of care, non-cooperation, or interference with professional nursing judgment, all scheduled
and reserved nursing time remains billable and non-refundable.

Privacy and
Discretion

Client privacy and discretion are respected at all times in accordance with applicable laws.

Opulent Concierge Nursing does not guarantee surgical or recovery outcomes.
