Overview: This 12-hour in-person post-operative care package is designed to provide comfort, safety, and expert nursing support throughout the most critical hours after surgery. Package Includes: 1. Private Registered Nurse (RN) Care – 12 Continuous Hours • One-on-one care by an experienced post-op RN with plastic surgery expertise • Discreet, compassionate, and professional bedside presence in your home or hotel 2. Pain Management & Medication Administration • Timely administration of prescribed pain medications and anti-nausea meds • Establishment of a Medication Administration Record (MAR) for accurate tracking • Pain level monitoring and symptom reassessment throughout the shift 3. Infection Prevention & Surgical Site Monitoring • Monitoring of surgical incisions for signs of bleeding, swelling, or infection • Maintenance of a clean, sterile environment • Guidance on proper positioning and movement to minimize post-op complications 4. Comfort & Mobility Support • Assistance with ambulation and safe repositioning in bed • Elevation of the upper body to minimize swelling • Gentle assistance with toileting, dressing, and hygiene as needed 5. Wellness & Recovery Enhancements • Room setup for optimal comfort and healing environment • Complimentary Luxury Wellness Package 6. Patient Education & Handoff Summary • Review of post-op instructions and what to expect during the next 24–48 hours • Personalized tips for continued comfort and recovery • Detailed shift summary provided to the patient and/or family

Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Opulent Concierge Nursing. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our luxury nursing care services. By booking with Opulent Concierge Nursing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Booking and Payment Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for all OCN services are non-refundable starting **14 days (2 weeks)** prior to the scheduled appointment date. Rescheduling and Credit: If you are unable to use your booked service, you may reschedule and receive a **full credit** equal to the amount paid, provided the service is used within **one year** from the original purchase date. Credit Expiration: Credits not utilized within the one-year period will be forfeited. Rescheduling and Cancellation Rescheduling Notice: Any request to reschedule must be submitted at least **72 hours prior** to the original appointment date. Opulent Concierge Nursing cannot guarantee availability for your new preferred date. Missed Appointments: Failure to appear or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered as utilized services, and no credits or refunds will be issued. Service Modifications Opulent Concierge Nursing reserves the right to adjust services, schedules, or pricing in order to maintain the highest standards of care and service quality. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in advance. Limitation of Liability Opulent Concierge Nursing provides professional nursing care services in accordance with your physician's or surgeon’s post-operative instructions. However, Opulent Concierge Nursing is not liable for any complications or outcomes resulting from medical treatment or client non-compliance with medical advice.
